Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: May 12, 2026 · 日本語版

Overview

Marty (the "Service") is built on the principle that users can delete their data at any time. You may request data deletion through either of the two methods below.

Method 1: In-App Self-Service (Immediate)

Delete your learned data and operation logs immediately from within the app.
  1. Sign in at https://marty.staff-ai.jp/
  2. Open the "Settings" tab in the right pane
  3. In the "Personalization" section, click the "Reset Learned Data" button
  4. Confirm in the dialog — operation logs and behavior profile are deleted immediately

Note: this method deletes only learned data. To delete your entire account and Meta-connected data, use Method 2.

Method 2: Full Account Deletion Request (via Email)

To delete your entire account (Meta connection, campaign data, chat history, notification history, daily reports, behavior profile), please follow the steps below.
  1. Email mail@marketing-diy-lab.comwith the subject "Marty Data Deletion Request"
  2. Include the email address you registered with Marty
  3. (Optional) Reasons for deletion or improvement feedback

After we receive the request:

  • Identity verification: We send a confirmation email to the registered address
  • Processing: Within 7 business daysafter verification, we will:
    • Delete all user data in Supabase
    • Revoke and delete the Meta OAuth access token
    • Delete related chat, notifications, and reports
    • Delete file storage assets (uploaded images, etc.)
  • Backups: Fully purged from backups within 30 days
  • Completion notification: We will email you when complete

Revoking Meta Connection

You can also disconnect Marty from your Meta (Facebook) account directly (this stops new data retrieval but does not delete data already stored in Marty).
  1. Sign in to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. "Apps and Websites" or "Business Integrations"
  3. Select "Marty" → "Remove"

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations or to prevent fraud.
  • Invoices and transaction history (7 years per Japanese tax law)
  • Fraud investigation records (as long as necessary)

Such records are kept in a form that cannot identify you personally, or as aggregate statistical data.
