Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Marty (the "Service"), an AI-powered Meta Ads management assistant operated by staff-ai.jp ("we" or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

  1. Use of the Service requires registration with an email and password.
  2. You must keep your registration information current and accurate.
  3. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
  4. Multiple accounts per user are not permitted as a rule.

3. Meta Ad Account Connection

  1. The Service requires OAuth connection with a Meta (Facebook) Ad account.
  2. You may only connect Meta Ad accounts that you have operational rights over.
  3. Through this connection, we obtain permissions to retrieve and operate on ad data, but we execute only actions you approve in the UI (or actions falling under user-configured automation rules).
  4. You may revoke the OAuth connection at any time (Facebook Settings → Business Integrations).

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for advertising that violates law or public order
  • Connect a Meta Ad account without authorization
  • Interfere with the Service (excessive requests, reverse engineering, etc.)
  • Distribute malware, spam, or similar via the Service
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Infringe our or third parties' intellectual property rights

5. AI-Generated Content

  1. The Service uses AI to generate creative drafts, operational suggestions, and analysis.
  2. Final adoption and delivery responsibility for these outputs lies with you.
  3. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will not infringe third-party rights. You must conduct appropriate review before publishing.
  4. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or effectiveness of AI outputs.

6. Fees

  1. Pricing plans and billing terms are described separately on the Service.
  2. Free plans may have limited features.
  3. Paid plans can be canceled from within the Service. Prorated refunds are generally not provided.

7. Service Changes and Termination

  1. We may modify the Service's features without prior notice.
  2. The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance.
  3. If we terminate the Service, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance.

8. Disclaimers

  1. We make no warranty regarding advertising results or business outcomes from using the Service.
  2. You are ultimately responsible for ad operations executed through the Service (even those suggested by AI become your responsibility once approved and executed).
  3. Some features may become unavailable due to changes or outages in the Meta API.
  4. Except for our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is capped at the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms. For significant changes, we will notify users on the Service and via the registered email. Amended Terms take effect from the date stated in the notice.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
